Protocol & Hospitality Wing is created under the General Administration Department in the year 1987. Chief Secretary to the Government of Mizoram is the Chief Protocol Officer and Commissioner/Secretary is the Additional Chief Protocol Officer. Protocol & Hospitality Wing is headed by State Protocol Officer-cum-Deputy Secretary and under him, there is Protocol Officer-cum-Under Secretary.
Protocol & Hospitality Wing is also looking after State Guest House which is located in Chaltlang Lily Veng. Protocol Office is available in Lengpui Airport. All India Service Transit Accommodation is also under the charge of Protocol & Hospitality Wing.
